GET RH Compressor special for Daughter Station.
After years of Development, G.E.T. Worldwide Ltd has successfully a design the next generation of Daughter Station compressing system for CNG. In years, we have found that huge amount of energy lose during transfer of gas from gas trailer to daughter station for refueling, which doesn’t fit our mission of green energy for life, and the result of this revolutionary design of the compressing system successfully reduce the energy lose during the transfer.
In Tradition, it is required to reduce the pressure of the trailer to 30 or 40 barg then re-compress it in order to empty the trailer, this way could ensure most of the gas are expand then released to the daughter station. However, using this procedure would leave a notable amount of GAS within the trailer and a waste of energy between the processes. Although we do not want this to happen, this is the only way to connect remote area without pipeline access.
In order to reduce the energy wasted, the R&D Team of G.E.T. Worldwide decided to find a solution. In 2009, we have made the progress. Instead of reducing the pressure, we have decided to inject the pressurized gas, and control the number of stage of compression to achieve no pressure reduction compression for daughter station.
The technology behind this new compressing system is using different numbers of compression in different stage to achieve the needs of different compression ratio required. Our performance study states that from power required from 250 to 40 bar is 50% less than traditional station, and this pressure range would cover more than 80% pressure. Another advantage is this system can suck as low as pressure of 10barg in the trailer, which means more gas would be empty out from the trailer rather than traditional 30barg.
This last, but no least, of the final advantage is it can be easily transfer into a conventional station in the future if pipeline reach the area. This give the advantage of the customer for future development.
With the two new technologies to increase the performance of the compressor, it is unlikely to have any other chose of daughter station compressor beside G.E.T.
